Everytime I call or come in... everyone acts as tho I'm bothering them by asking them to do THEIR JOB ..
If I could give a negative I would! I run a business from my home and have packages that have to make it to customers on time. When you say that the outside bin is checked at 4 pm everyday, I trust that is what is going to happen. I dropped off 16 packages yesterday at 2:45 and NONE of them have been scanned in as of today at 2:30pm. I also had a package picked up from my house by the mail carrier on the 13th going priority to California that has never been scanned in or delivered. I have gone into the post office 3 times about this package and each time I'm asked to leave my name and number and someone will call me and I still have not received a call from anyone! Very disappointed in this post office. It's not only inconvenient for me but also makes my business look bad. Get it together.

Absolutely terrible! Customer service is horrific. The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to help in any way! Packages are delayed REGULARLY with no explanation of why. Even those that are “time sensitive” or have a “guaranteed delivery date”. And when you try to get to the bottom of it, the only thing you receive is an attitude. I have never had a good experience with this post office. If i could give a negative rating, i would.

Simply asking about a package and it's arrival seems to be a huge ordeal.. when in actuality it is their job...
