Great gym right in the heart of Folsom

Clean tidy and great staff

I joined just be for Thanksgiving and I have to admit , it was better then I thought it would be. The trainer gave me a good walk through, explaining what and how everthing worked . Any question you have the staff will be glad to answer. If looking for a gym to workout in you couldn't find a better one in my opinion.
